About Erb Inspections, Inc.

Erb Inspections, Inc. was Started in 2007, servicing five
municipalities in Tioga County. Over the last few years we have expanded
into over sixty municipalities throughout Tioga, Potter, Bradford, McKean and Lycoming Counties.

We are a full service Third Party Agency with three full-time Building Code Inspectors and two full-time
Building Code Officials that are always in the office to answers all your permitting process questions.

Fees maybe adjusted lower for government, non-profit organizations.

Payment Policies

Late Fee Policy

All invoices are due within 30 days. If not paid within 30 days, a second invoice will be issued.
A $25 late fee will be added to accounts not paid within 15 days of the date of the second invoice.
An additional $25 will be added for each 30 day period that the account is delinquent

Return Check Fee

All NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) Checks or Checks Returned By the
Bank
will be subject to a charge of a $25.00 service fee plus a
$12.50 bank fee.
