Combination Inspector and Plan Reviewer
Erb Inspections, Inc. is seeking applicants for the position of Commercial/Residential Inspector and Plan Reviewer. If the selected candidate does not have all the required certifications, they must possess the ability and willingness to quickly obtain them. It is a salaried position with pay ranging from $50,000 to $70,000, depending on number certifications.
General Duties
Performs all disciplines of residential and commercial plan review and inspections of projects to ensure compliance with PA Uniform Construction Code.
Must have good communication skills with a friendly and helpful attitude.
Familiarity with Windows Computer, tablets, and smart phones. (apple preferred)
Due to our coverage area being very rural, a reliable 4 wheel drive vehicle is required.
Erb Inspections, Inc. is a third party agency located in the mountainous area of north central Pennsylvania. We enforce the provisions of the PA Uniform Construction Code for approximately 80 municipalities in 5 different counties. We have one central office with a staff of 8 in Lawrence Township, Tioga County. The company is noted for its great customer service, which is a priority and must be maintained.
